Art Therapy for Loss offers a safe, confidential space where you can explore and express your emotions without any pressure to speak. No artistic skill is needed—just a willingness to connect with yourself through gentle creative expression.

Each session is approximately 180 minutes long and unfolds in four calming stages:

Sharing your story – We begin by gently exploring the loss or challenge you're facing.

Engaging in the creative process – Through guided art-making, you’ll access a non-verbal outlet for expressing emotions.

Reflecting and sharing – You’ll have space to present your artwork and explore the feelings that emerged during the process.

Winding down with tea or coffee – We close the session with a relaxed conversation, helping you integrate insights and return to stillness.
