I am the founder of Compassionate Transformation Therapy, where I help individuals find calm, clarity, and strength through hypnotherapy and integrative therapeutic approaches. My work is rooted in the belief that compassion is the bridge that allows us to move from struggle toward growth and fulfillment.

The picture on the was taken at a party, just four months after my children lost their mother and my wife. In that moment despite their own grief they were the ones who kept me going.

Becoming a lone parent and witnessing the pain of someone you love so deeply is profoundly life-changing. It taught me in the rawest, most human way about the depths of resilience, love, and compassion.

I have journeyed through some of life’s darkest moments — from the trials of childhood to the deep losses and challenges of adult life. I’ve experienced profound grief, pain, isolation, and setbacks that once felt insurmountable.

Through it all, I discovered a powerful truth: compassion has the ability to unlock the mind and open the heart. Embracing compassion became the turning point a path to healing, understanding, and transformation. Life has taught me countless lessons, and through those lessons, I’ve learned that even in the shadows, there is light.

I’ve trained as a counsellor and hypnotherapist, and I’ve immersed myself in the study of how the brain shapes our reality. Along this journey, I’ve explored a variety of tools that help transform darkness into light tools that reconnect us with our inner strength, creativity, and peace.

This work supporting others through their own struggles is deeply personal to me. It’s not just what I do; it’s who I am. If you're navigating a difficult season, know that you're not alone. There is support, and there is a way forward even if right now, it doesn't feel clear.

Currently, I’m pursuing a Fine Art degree, which has become a deeply meaningful way to explore and express the past. Art allows me to access the unconscious with love, to reshape pain into beauty, and to create from a space of truth and gratitude.

I’ve raised four children after losing my wife to cancer at a young age — an experience that forever changed me. Her strength and grace taught me the true gift of life and the profound importance of love.

I believe healing begins from the inside out. When we cultivate compassion, we uncover the resilience, beauty, and wisdom that have always lived within us.
